The PPC glitch that gave me 47182.12% ROI

I won’t tell you where I used it, they fixed it anyway. But I will tell you how I did it and you might be able to find similar bugs in some other ppc service.

It was a quite new small ppc company that offered both advertising and publishing. And like most others they had a minimum bid requirement and the quality of the traffic wasn’t very good. It was hard to make profit even at the smallest bid. But one day it came to my mind, Read the rest of this entry »

When 2 visitors a day makes you rich and 127 doesn’t!

domain performance
It’s a few of my parked domains. Take a note of the 2nd and 3rd domain. They perform very well. (Note that the 3rd one had just been parked for 10 days when I took this screen.) These two domains are product trademarks.

Finding typo domains with AdWords: Keyword Tool

Posted by Simon on December 27th, 2007

The overture keyword suggestion tool once was very popular for finding domains with traffic even before the domains were registered. If you didn’t already know, it works like this. All available LLL.in, for free!

Posted by Simon on October 14th, 2007

So apparently there’s a gold rush for .in (India) domains going on. .in domains are currently selling for like $16.99 but the price on some registrars is said to go down to $3.96 on October 15, for the first year. Also people are selling lists of all currently available LLL.in for like $10. I thought fuck that, so I let my own whois script run over night between October 12 and 13. And I have now come up with my own list, which I am releasing here for free!

Alot of these domains are probably taken by now as the list is more than 1 day old.
Here’s the text file: List of available LLL.in

Updated October 18: List of available LLL.in updated There are still over 4k available LLL.in!
